Steel tube confinement reinforced concrete bridge pier system
The invention provides a steel tube confinement reinforced concrete bridge pier system. A steel tube covers the outside of each reinforced concrete pier of a steel tube confinement reinforced concrete bridge pier; each steel tube is broken at the end part of the corresponding bridge pier, and does not directly bear a vertical load; the occurrence of local flexion is avoided; the broken steel tubes can provide greater lateral confinement than steel tubes directly bearing the vertical load, so that the bridge pier has good carrying force, ductility and energy dissipation capacity; and the steel tubes can be used as formworks in a construction period. The invention also provides a groove type steel tube externally covered reinforced concrete beam connected with a lateral support of the steel tube confinement reinforced concrete bridge pier. Steel plates cover the outsides of the bottom surface and the two side surfaces of the reinforced concrete beam for forming groove type steel tubes, and anchoring steel bars welded on the end parts of the steel tubes are connected with steel tube confinement reinforced concrete posts. The steel tubes can provide the effects of bottom stress longitudinal beams for the beam, and can be used as concrete formworks during the construction, and the construction progress is accelerated.
