The invention discloses an assembly type steel pipe restrained reinforced concrete bent frame pier which is characterized in that an upper pouring groove is formed in an upper transverse restraining section, an upper pouring sleeve is mounted in the upper pouring groove, and concrete is poured, so that connection between a pier column and a cover beam can be realized, and meanwhile, an upper gap is formed between a steel pipe and the cover beam; similarly, a lower pouring groove is formed in the lower transverse constraint section, a lower pouring sleeve is installed in the lower pouring groove, concrete is poured in the lower pouring groove, connection between the pier column and the foundation can be achieved, and meanwhile a lower gap is formed between the steel pipe and the foundation; the upper transverse stress weak points and the lower transverse stress weak points are formed in the upper gap and the lower gap respectively, when geological disasters such as earthquakes occur, the upper transverse stress weak points and the lower transverse stress weak points lose efficacy firstly, so that other components can be protected against damage, and during later repair, the bent cap, the pier column and the foundation can be repaired only by resetting the bent cap, the pier column and the foundation. Concrete in the upper/lower pouring sleeve is taken out and then poured again, so that rapid reconstruction and recovery can be realized.
