Super-deep and downward concrete conveying system along vertical structure
The invention discloses a super-deep and downward concrete conveying system along a vertical structure. The concrete conveying system comprises concrete conveying pipes, a conveying pipe bottom end buffering device and at least one conveying pipe support. The conveying pipe supports are arranged on the side face of the vertical structure. The concrete conveying pipes are arranged on the conveying pipe supports in the vertical direction. The conveying pipe supports are provided with support shock absorption devices. The concrete conveying pipes are connected with a plurality of buffers in series at intervals. Each buffer is internally provided with a spiral buffering channel. The conveying pipe bottom end buffering device comprises a buffering cavity. A top connector at the top of the buffering cavity is connected to the bottom ends of the concrete conveying pipes. The bottom of the buffering cavity is provided with a rubber pad. By means of the super-deep and downward concrete conveying system, the falling speed of concrete can be controlled, the impact on conveying equipment by concrete is lowered, and the segregation phenomenon generated in the falling process of the concrete is eliminated.
