Downward-side reverse construction method in vertical shaft of super high-rise deep foundation pit
The invention discloses an edge-following reverse construction method in a vertical shaft of a super high-rise deep foundation pit, which comprises the following steps of: (1) firstly constructing an underground diaphragm wall, synchronously constructing support piles and structural engineering piles of a circular vertical shaft of a core tube and four huge columns after the core tube and the huge columns of a tower area are positioned and determined, and constructing skirt room basement structural columns; (2) excavating earthwork of the circular vertical shaft; (3) constructing a core tube, a bearing platform of a huge column and a basement structure; (4) constructing a first-layer beam plate as a forward and reverse boundary; (5)-(9) performing top-down operation on the underground part, performing top-down operation on the overground part of the tower building area, and performing synchronous construction; and (10) finally performing decoration construction. Compared with a simultaneous forward construction method or reverse construction method, the construction method has the advantages that the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种超高层深基坑的竖井中顺边逆施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)首先施工地下连续墙,塔楼区的核心筒和巨柱定位确定后,同步施工核心筒和四个巨柱的圆形竖井的支护桩和结构工程桩,并施工裙房地下室结构柱;(2)开挖所述圆形竖井的土方;(3)施工核心筒和巨柱的承台及地下室结构;(4)施工首层梁板作为正、逆作分界线;(5)‑(9)地下部分逆作,塔楼区的地上部分顺作,同步施工;(10)最后装饰装修施工。本发明的施工方法比同时顺作法或者逆作法大幅缩短施工工期,节约工程造价。
