The invention discloses an anchor plate adjusting device which includes a support plate, wherein two anchor plates are connected with the lower surface of the support plate; the two anchor plates are respectively arranged near the two end faces of the support plate; an inner steel plate is connected between the two anchor plates; the upper surface of the inner steel plate is clung to the lower surface of the support plate; the two ends of the inner steel plate extend into the anchor plates; the anchor plates both adopt I-shaped structures; adjusting screw members are arranged on the lower surfaces of the anchor plates; the tops of the adjusting screw members penetrate through the inner steel plate and are connected with the support plate; each adjusting screw member is composed of two section rods in a telescopic manner; the two section rods are connected through a limit component; a limit clamping spring is mounted between each limit component and the corresponding two section rods; adjusting bolts are arranged on the outer sides of the adjusting screw members; the adjusting bolts are respectively used for adjusting the telescopic heights of the upper section rods and the lower section rods of the adjusting screw members. The anchor plate adjusting device provided by the invention is good in reliability, and fully exerts the function of adjusting components; in addition, the engineering quality of root foundation and anchoring is ensured; the adjusting is convenient, and good limit property and reliability are achieved.
