The anchor bolt mechanism comprises a flange, an upper anchor plate, a grouting material, a base material and an anchor bolt, at least one part of the grouting material is arranged between the upper anchor plate and the base material, the anchor bolt penetrates through the flange, the upper anchor plate, the grouting material and the base material and fixes the flange to the upper anchor plate, and the anchor plate structure determining method comprises the steps that a mechanical model with the part, exceeding the flange, of the upper anchor plate as an outer beam is established; calculating a first stress between the upper anchor plate and the grouting material and a first arc length of the upper anchor plate; calculating a load of a part corresponding to the outer beam under the mechanical model based on the first stress and the first arc length; calculating bending moment data of a part corresponding to the outer beam according to the load and the length of the outer beam; and calculating the first thickness of the upper anchor plate based on the bending moment data and the strength data of the upper anchor plate. According to the anchor plate structure determination method of the anchor bolt mechanism, the specific structure parameters of the anchor plate can be accurately given, so that the structural design of the anchor plate has a theoretical basis.
