The invention discloses a rubber plate for preventing water splashing. The rubber plate comprises a plate body, and the overall plate body is concave; and resin suckers are fixedly connected to the interiors of the two concave extending-out ends symmetrically. Through the suction effect of the two resin suckers, the rubber plate is directly sucked to the interior of a water pool in use, and the water splashing can be effectively prevented.
