The invention provides a large garbage disposer for biochemical degradation. The large garbage disposer comprises a working surface, a garbage crusher, a screw conveyer assembly, a sewage suction pump box and a culture treatment box, wherein the garbage crusher, the screw conveyer assembly, the sewage suction pump box and the culture treatment box are located on the lower side of the working surface; the working surface is provided with a water drainage pool and a slag discharge pool which are formed in a parallel mode; the slag discharge pool is communicated with the garbage crusher; a slag outlet of the garbage crusher is connected with the screw conveyer assembly; a screw conveyor which is matched with a filter cartridge and arranged in the screw conveyor assembly horizontally penetrates the culture treatment box and extends out of the culture treatment box; the cartridge wall of the filter cartridge which passes through the inside of the culture treatment box is provided with uniform filter holes; the tail end of the screw conveyor assembly is provided with a blind plate or a waste slag box; the water drainage pool is directly connected with the culture treatment box through a water drainage pipe; a sewage suction water pump which is arranged in the sewage suction pump box is communicated with the culture treatment box through a pipe.
