The invention provides a reinforcing structure, a reinforcing device and a reinforcing method for a reinforced concrete wall. The reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of first reinforcing parts and a plurality of second reinforcing parts, wherein each first reinforcing part comprises a trunk and a plurality of radiation fins located on the two sides of the trunk, and each second reinforcing part comprises a trunk and a plurality of radiation fins located on the two sides of the trunk. The first reinforcing parts and the second reinforcing parts are integrally formed by steel plates and are arranged in an alternate mode, and the trunks of the first reinforcing parts and trunks of the second reinforcing parts are not located on the same plane. Compared with the prior art, specially-designed reinforcing type solid materials are added in an existing reinforced concrete wall, the anti-damage capability of the original wall is improved, and the defense level of the wall is increased. In addition, due to the fact that the multiple radiation fins in the reinforcing structure extend in different directions, the thickness of the wall can be effectively reduced while the defense of the wall is enhanced, and the building cost of the wall is reduced.
