The invention relates to the technical field of reinforced concrete beam reinforcement, in particular to a reinforced concrete beam reinforcement assembly, a reinforced concrete beam reinforcement device and a reinforced concrete beam reinforcement method.The reinforced concrete beam reinforcement assembly is used for reinforcing a cross beam arranged between two supporting structural parts and comprises an inverted-V-shaped frame and a plurality of cranks; the inverted-V-shaped frame is arranged on the side portion of the cross beam, and the two ends of the inverted-V-shaped frame abut against the two supporting structural parts in a pressing mode. The crank is arranged on the inverted V-shaped frame; a high-position transverse shaft of the crank is connected to the inverted-V-shaped frame in a one-way rotating mode, and a low-position transverse shaft of the crank is located at the bottom of the cross beam. When the high-position transverse shaft is rotated, the low-position transverse shaft can generate vertically upward thrust from the bottom face of the cross beam. The device can be installed and fixed without bolts, the installation difficulty is small, and meanwhile the requirement for the installation space is low.
