Heating system for thermal-arrest shutter curtain walls
The present invention relates to a heating system for thermal-arrest shutter curtain walls being configured such that an aluminum thermal-arrest shutter plate is in extrusion and pressing profiling, being composed of a thermal-arrest shutter plate facing-light surface and a thermal-arrest shutter plate back-light surface with a thermal-arrest shutter plate cavity arranged therebetween, the thermal-arrest shutter plate being in a trapezoid groove alternative structure, the left and the right sides of the thermal-arrest shutter plate being sealed by two shutter sealing sleeves which are provided with a shutter sealing sleeve hot water inlet and a shutter sealing sleeve cold water outlet, the shutter sealing sleeve hot water inlet and the shutter sealing sleeve cold water outlet being in respective connection with a hot water output pipe and a cold water input pipe through a three-way pipe and an angle fitting, the thermal-arrest shutter plate back-light surface being provided with a thermal-arrest shutter plate fixed groove and an insulation cotton cover, the aluminum thermal-arrest shutter plate being retained within an aluminum alloy shutter plate subframe via a stainless retaining screw, the aluminum alloy shutter plate subframe being affixed to an aluminum alloy shutter plate edge frame via a stainless screw, the aluminum alloy shutter plate edge frame being in connection with a sealed aluminum plate and the standing poles of the curtain wall. The heating system of the present invention achieves the design of an integrated heating combining doors and windows, thus developing functions of shutters. The heating system for thermal-arrest shutter curtain wall herein is advantageous in saving energy, wide applications, safety and high efficiency, and environmental protection.
