High-performance concrete additive and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete additives and discloses a high-performance concrete additive. The high-performance concrete additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of a water reduction component, 10-15 parts of an early strength component, 80-100 parts of an energy absorption component, 3-7 parts of a viscosity reduction component and 100-150 parts of water, wherein the water reduction component is a acrylic acid type polycarboxylic acid water reduction component; the early strength component is selected from one or more of calcium formate, calcium nitrate and triethanolamine; the energy absorption component is a light-cured resin component; the viscosity reduction component is polyethylene glycol. The high-performance concrete additive is high in water reduction rate and good in early strength effect and rust prevention effect; besides, shock prevention and energy dissipation effect of concrete are achieved, the cracking of the concrete is avoided, and the durability of the concrete is improved.
