The invention relates to a self-compacting ultra-high performance concrete admixture and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in molar ratio: 1.0 to 1.2 parts of isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 0.06 to 0.1 part of hydrogen peroxide, 2.8 to 3.2 parts of acrylic acid, 0.1 to 0.12 part of functional monomer, 0.02 to 0.03 part of mercaptopropionic acid, 0.015 to 0.025 part of reducing agent, 1.1 to 1.5 parts of maleic anhydride and 0.8 to 1.2 parts of butyl glycidyl ether; wherein the functional monomer is prepared from the following raw materials in molar ratio: 1.0 to 1.2 parts of dipropylene glycol, 1.0 to 1.2 parts of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 3.0 to 3.6 parts of methacrylic acid and 1.0 to 1.2 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid; the admixture can effectively improve various properties of the self-compacting ultra-high performance concrete, improve the strength, reduce the viscosity, reduce the shrinkage and improve the durability.
