The invention discloses adhesive mortar dedicated for mellow and soft rock end product stickers. The adhesive mortar mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: cement, Nanjing red sand, quartz sand, diatomite and water, and further comprises a redispersable emulsion powder and an ash calcium powder, polyropylene fiber (3 mm), wood fiber, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, calcium formate and epoxy resin in batching. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the adhesive mortar dedicated for the mellow and soft rock end product stickers. The bonding strength of the adhesive mortar dedicated for the mellow and soft rock end product stickers can reach 1.0 MPa under a normal state, and the binding power is relatively strong; on aspect of flexibility, when a column with the diameter of 100 mm is used for bending, no cracks are produced; the final setting time is about 3 hours, the final setting time is relatively short, and the construction period is effectively shortened. The adhesive mortar provided by the invention is dedicated to paste mellow and soft rock end product stickers.
