The invention discloses a high-strength mixed unfired hollow brick. The invention is characterized in that the hollow brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of Portland cement, 0.5-0.8 part of triethanolamine, 12-16 parts of calcium carbide paste, 18-21 parts of waste molding sand, 3-5 parts of water glass, 1-2 parts of ammonium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 4-5 parts of bristle, 30-35 parts of shale, 7-9 parts of iron tailing, 15-18 parts of synergist and a right amount of water. By adding the calcium carbide paste, waste molding sand and other raw materials to prepare the hollow brick, the manufacturing cost of the hollow brick is lowered, and the hollow brick has high strength, can not be easily damaged and utilizes the wastes. The bristle, polypropylene fiber and the like are added to enhance the toughness and strength of the product. By adding the synergist prepared by the special technique, the hollow brick has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, water resistance, thermal insulation and bacterium and mildew resistance. By adopting the unfiring process, the technique is convenient for operation, the hollow brick has the advantages of light weight, high strength, fuel saving, shock resistance and water resistance, and the thermal insulation property and sound insulation property of the brick are improved.
