The invention discloses a light environment-friendly unfired hollow brick which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 0.4-0.6 part of sodium nitrite, 0.8-1 parts of calcium formate, 34-38 parts of coal ash, 23-26 parts of coal gangue, 1-2 parts of glass fiber, 7-10 parts of saw dust, 13-15 parts of palm barks, 9-12 parts of ardealite, 5-7 parts of waste foam granules, 15-18 parts of synergist and a proper amount of water. Due to the addition of the industrial waste residues such as coal gangue, coal ash and ardealite and by virtue of an unfiring process, the resource waste of coal and the like can be reduced, and the environment pollution can be reduced; the synergist prepared by using a special process has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, waterproof property, heat preservation property and antibiosis and moldproof property; the hollow brick disclosed by the invention is high in strength, good in heat preservation property, good in water resistance, simple in process operation and worthy of large-scale popularization, the self-weight of a building can be reduced, and functions of the building can be improved.
