Preparation method of low-resistivity isotropic graphite
The invention relates to a preparation method of low-resistivity isotropic graphite. The low-resistivity isotropic graphite is prepared from the following raw materials: 20-35% of high-purity graphite powder, 20-35% of petroleum coke, 20-40% of tar coke, 15-25% of modified pitch and 1-5% of surfactant; the preparation method comprises the following steps: performing primary grinding on each raw material; mixing the high-purity graphite powder, the petroleum coke and the tar coke together, heating to the range of 150-180 DEG C, and meanwhile, vacuumizing, next, adding the modified pitch and the surfactant and stirring while heating and pressurizing, and keeping the temperature within the range of 180-200 DEG C; rolling the evenly mixed raw material into a sheet; performing secondary grinding and then stirring evenly; and performing isostatic compaction on the evenly mixed raw material by use of a multi-hole mold, thereby obtaining an isotropic graphite green body, and finally roasting. The preparation method of the low-resistivity isotropic graphite is used for solving the technical problems of high resistivity and poor homogeneity of the graphite green body and capable of obtaining the low-resistivity graphite green body good in homogeneity; and the resistivity of the obtained graphite green body is 1 time lower than the traditional resistivity.
