The invention discloses a modularized steel plate sleeper for bridging at a tunnel portal and a bridging method. The modularized steel plate sleeper comprises a transitional clamping plate, a transitional steel plate sleeper group and a standard steel plate sleeper group, wherein one end of the transitional clamping plate is used for clamping tracks of a standard track panel, and the other end of the transitional clamping plate is used for clamping tracks of the transitional steel plate sleeper group, so that the standard track panel is in smooth and transitional connection with the transitional steel plate sleeper group; the heights of the tracks of the transitional steel plate sleeper group are gradually reduced from the head end to the tail end, and the tail end of the transitional steel plate sleeper group is in smooth connection with the standard steel plate sleeper group. According to the method, the modularized steel plate sleeper is laid after bottom slag removal in a tunnel, so that a track transitional section in the tunnel is a downwards oblique slope, and the bridging requirement of a bridge girder erection machine is met. The modularized steel plate sleeper is simple in structure and convenient to assemble, the height of the bridge girder erection machine can be effectively reduced, the method can meet the requirement of the bridge girder erection machine for normal erection of a railway T beam in hilly terrain where the tunnel is connected with a bridge, and the work efficiency is improved.
