SLEEPER, SLEEPER LAYING METHOD, AND SLEEPER MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper capable of being easily handled by virtue of its light weight during laying work and capable of sufficiently preventing displacement on ballast by virtue of its heavy weight after being laid, and a sleeper laying method.SOLUTION: Cavity parts (12a, 12b and 12c) are provided within a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped sleeper body (11) that is formed of a composite material, and a communication part communicating with the cavity parts from any one of regions on a surface is provided. In addition, partition parts (13a and 13b) for separating a recess are provided in a region corresponding to a location for being loaded with a rail after laying of the sleeper body. Furthermore, a locking fitting (15), to which a component of a rail fastener is locked, is provided on a top surface pf the partition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】敷設時には軽量で取り扱いが容易であり、敷設後は重量が重く道床での変位を充分に防止することができる枕木およびその敷設方法を実現する。【解決手段】複合材料で形成された直方体状の枕木本体(11)の内部に空洞部(12a,12b,12c)を設けるとともに、表面のいずれかの部位から前記空洞部に連通する連通部を設けるようにした。また、枕木本体の敷設後にレールが載置される箇所に対応した部位に、前記凹部を分断する仕切り部(13a,13b)を設けるようにした。さらに、仕切り部の上面に、レール締結器の部品が係止される係止金具(15)を設けるようにした。【選択図】図1
