Sand-filling hollow structure based cast-in-place special-shaped pile construction method
The invention relates to a sand-filling hollow structure based cast-in-place special-shaped pile construction method. The method includes the following steps: (1) forming a pile hole according to a conventional pile-forming method, wherein the cross section of the pile hole is completely circular; (2) binding a special-shaped reinforcement cage framework; (3) lifting the special-shaped reinforcement cage framework into the pile hole, pouring concrete, and removing a structural binding face forming formwork after maintenance to form a reinforced concrete cast-in-place special-shaped pile. Materials are saved as the structural binding face is produced rather than the whole-circle section pile is adopted; the structural binding face can cling to the lining wall or outer walls of other main structures, so that use area of underground space is increased as compared with that of use of the whole-circle section pile; since contact area of the lining wall or the outer walls of the other main structures with the semicircular pile is large, effect of connection with a support pile is better; meanwhile a foundation of the lining wall or the outer walls of the other main structures is located on the underground cast-in-place pile with the lower section being completely circular, and structural behavior during operation is better.
