The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile construction auxiliary device and a cast-in-place pile construction method, and relates to the technical field of building constructions.On one hand, the device comprises four pressure transmitters which are sequentially arranged from the bottom to the top of a guide pipe at intervals, and the pressure transmitters are in signal connection with a controller; and concrete pouring and guide pipe lifting are controlled by acquiring signals of the four pressure transmitters. On the other hand, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the pressure difference between the first pressure transmitter and the fourth pressure transmitter; determining a pressure difference upper limit value and a pressure difference lower limit value based on a set distance between two adjacent pressure transmitters; and according to whether the pressure difference is within the range of the pressure difference upper limit value and the pressure difference lower limit value, concrete pouring and guide pipe lifting are controlled. The pressure difference is measured through the pressure transmitters located at the two ends, and whether the pressure difference is within the range of the pressure difference upper limit value and the pressure difference lower limit value or not is judged, so that the concrete pouring process is adjusted in time, and the construction reliability and the construction efficiency are improved.
