The invention relates to an anti-spattering urinal which comprises a urinal body, a plurality of vertical rods and a screen pad, wherein the vertical rods are arranged at the bottom of a cavity in the urinal body, and become higher and higher from the interior to the exterior; the screen pad penetrates through the vertical rods and is arranged at the bottom of the cavity in the urinal body; a baffle is arranged on the cornice at the front end of the urinal body; an ultraviolet lamp is arranged at the inner upper end of the urinal body. Through adoption of the anti-spattering urinal, the problem that urine or water can spatter on the body of a user or the ground outside the urinal when the user urinates or flushes the urinal is solved.
