Light composite floor and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an assembly type composite floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The assembly type composite floor comprises a supporting framework, wherein the supporting framework comprises a main steel beam, an auxiliary steel beam, a prefabricated chunk and concrete layers; the main steel beam and the auxiliary steel beam are connected with each other in a cross mode and are steel structures; the steel structures are hollow; the section of the middle of each steel structure is 'n'-shaped; outward extension wing plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the lower end of each steel structure; in the supporting framework, the outward extension wing plates of the main steel beam and outward extension wing plates of the auxiliary steel beam are arranged upwards; the prefabricated chunk is arranged above the supporting framework, is erected in hollow-out space surrounded by the main steel beam and the auxiliary steel beam and is made of light-weight aggregate concrete; and the concrete layers are poured on a portion above the prefabricated chunk and in seams in the main steel beam and the auxiliary steel beam. Compared with the prior art, the assembly type composite floor has the advantages that the prefabricated chunk is directly arranged on the supporting framework, assembly construction is implemented, formworks are not required, and construction is facilitated; the self weight of the floor is light; and the insides of the main steel beam and the auxiliary steel beam are filled with concrete, and the whole fire resistance of the floor is improved.
