Environmental-friendly decorative stone material and manufacturing process thereof
The invention discloses an environmental-friendly decorative stone material and a manufacturing process thereof. The upper surface of the stone material is painted in order with a polyester resin putty layer, a synthetic resin oil paint base coat layer, a printed layer or a paste article layer or a synthetic resin oil paint colored paint layer, a synthetic resin varnish layer, a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or a synthetic resin layer, and a glass layer. The manufacturing process for the environmental-friendly decorative stone material comprises steps of: 1, cutting raw materials into slat-shaped materials, achieving the best adhesive force of an oil paint; 2, a process of the painting oil paint base; 3, a process of painting the synthetic resin oil paint base coat; 4, a process of painting the printed layer or paste article layer or synthetic resin oil paint colored paint; 5, a process of painting the synthetic resin varnish layer and painting the synthetic resin varnish on the synthetic resin oil paint colored paint layer. The stone material of the invention has the advantages of novel and beautiful appearance, firm texture, impact-resistance, and wear-resistance. The manufacturing process of the invention has the advantages of simple process, easy operating, and low cost. The stone material of the invention is applicable to decorative materials in all kinds of building construction, indoor and outdoor wall surfaces, ground, table surface, and stair sidesteps.
