The invention discloses a stair step concrete pouring-molded template which is convenient to use and a stair cast-in-situ construction method using the template. The template comprises a rigid support structure, a vertical support structure and a stair step molding baffle plate group, wherein the rigid support structure comprises an upper horizontal plate, a lower horizontal part and a slope part connected between the upper horizontal part and the lower horizontal part; the upper horizontal part, the lower horizontal part and the slope part construct a rectangular framework seen from the vertical direction; the framework is provided with a hanging device; the front short edge and the back short edge which are opposite to each other on the framework are provided with adjustable positioning structures for positioning the framework in the horizontal direction respectively; the vertical support structure comprises liftable support legs which are arranged on the two corners of the upper horizontal part and the two corners of the lower horizontal part respectively; the stair step molding baffle plate group comprises a plurality of molding baffle plates which are fixed below the slope part through corresponding connection structures respectively and are arranged at uniform intervals in a step shape along the inclination direction of the slope.
