Stair pouring formwork and method
The stair pouring formwork comprises a step side plate, a clamping groove is formed in the side wall of the step side plate, a connecting mechanism is arranged in the clamping groove, a step baffle is connected to the side, away from the step side plate, of the connecting mechanism, a fixing block is connected to the middle of the step baffle, and a reinforcing rod is arranged above the fixing block. The multiple step baffles are pulled to be synchronously separated from stair concrete through the mold opening mechanism, mold opening of the step baffles is assisted, and the burden of manual mold opening is relieved; the connecting mechanisms are movably connected with the step side plates in a pluggable manner, so that the assembling speed of the overall structure of the formwork is increased; by arranging the clamping grooves and the reinforcing rods, the multiple step baffles can be installed on the inner sides of the step side plates in a fixed-point mode, the positions of the multiple step baffles are corrected, and it can be guaranteed that the size of the stair step is accurate without measurement.
