The invention relates to a construction stair improvement structure convenient to clean. The construction stair improvement structure comprises stair treads. Anti-slip strips are arranged on a horizontal plate of each stair tread horizontally. A recessed guide groove is formed between every two adjacent anti-slip strips on the same rank. The depths of the guide grooves gradually increase from the ends of horizontal plates of the stair treads to the middles of the horizontal plates. A groove in the shape of a vortex is upwardly formed in the middle of the horizontal plate of each stair tread. A through hole is formed in the bottom of each groove. Reinforcing plates are arranged on side walls of the stair treads. The stair treads are made of hard alloy. The construction stair improvement structure has the advantages that the horizontal plates of the stair treads are provided with the anti-slip strips, the guide grooves, the grooves and the through holes, cleaning water flows towards the guide grooves from the top ends of the anti-slip strips during cleaning, flows towards the grooves through the guide grooves and finally flows out of stairs through the through holes, and accordingly, accumulated water of the horizontal plates of the stairs is avoided.
