S115-grade steel and mineral powder composite admixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a S115-grade steel and mineral powder composite admixture and its preparation method. Specific surface area of the admixture is greater than or equal to 500 m<2>/kg, and its density is greater than or equal to 2.90 kg/m<3>. Raw materials of the admixture comprise, by weight, 30-40% of steel slag powder, 60-70% of S95 mineral powder, 2-5% of a compound activator and 0.3-0.5% of a composite grinding aid. When there is 30-40% of steel slag in the steel and mineral powder composite admixture, early strength of the steel slag composite admixture is remarkably raised, later strength is improved, and 7d and 28d activity indexes respectively reach 114% and 121% and meet requirements of S115 mineral powder activity index. The prepared steel and mineral powder composite admixture has advantages of qualified stability and excellent product performance. Meanwhile, a lot of industrial residues can be utilized, and cement content is minimized. The invention is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction as well as development of circular economy.
