Copper tailing powder-based composite mineral admixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a copper tailing powder-based composite mineral admixture which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 57-120 parts of composite micro powder, 3-8 parts of slaked lime and 1-5 parts of sodium sulfate, the composite micro powder is obtained by mixing and calcining modified copper tailing powder, fly ash, mineral powder and silica fume as main raw materials. The modified copper tailing powder is prepared by carrying out vacuum blending modification on copper tailing powder by adopting MV-10 (Mn). The modified copper tailing powder, the fly ash, the mineral powder and the silica fume are used as main raw materials, efficient resource utilization of various low-quality industrial solid wastes can be achieved, and good economic and environmental benefits are achieved; the obtained copper tailing powder-based composite mineral admixture can effectively shorten the setting time of concrete, can further improve the working properties (fluidity, cohesiveness, water retention and the like), mechanical properties, long-term durability and the like of the obtained concrete, and is suitable for popularization and application.
