Inorganic filler and application thereof on thermosetting non-combustible polystyrene board
The invention discloses an inorganic filler, which comprises the following components in mass percentage: 10-30% of magnesium oxide, 50-70% of magnesium oxysulfate solution, 5-15% of silicon powders, 5-15% of powdered steatile, 0.05-0.3% of citric acid, 0.05-0.3% of boric acid, 0.05-0.3% of trisodium phosphate and 0.05-0.2% of waterproof agent. According to the invention, a polystyrene board is filled with the inorganic filler through the negative pressure process. In particular, the components of the inorganic filler are mixed uniformly, and then the inorganic filler is uniformly applied on the upper surface of the already made polystyrene board. The inorganic filler is drawn into the polystyrene board through the bottom of the polystyrene board by a vacuum apparatus, so that the slit of the polystyrene board is filled with the inorganic filler. The application amount of the inorganic filler is 40-120 kg per cubic meter of the polystyrene board. The polystyrene board filled with the inorganic filler has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, no corrosion phenomenon, no scumming, light weight, heat reservation, heat insulation and the like.
