A polyphenyl particle heat insulation slurry comprises heat insulation gum powder and polyphenyl particles, the heat insulation gum powder comprises 70wt% of cement, 23wt% of fly ash, 3wt% of heavy calcium, 0.3wt% of lignocelluloses, 0.1wt% of polypropylene fiber, 0.08wt% of polymaleic anhydride, 0.12wt% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 0.12wt% of polyvinyl alcohol, 2wt% of limestone and 1.28wt% of starch ether, and a weight ratio of the heat insulation gum powder to the polyphenyl particle is 1:1.5.
