The application discloses a manufacturing method of high-purity quartz ceramic slurry. The method comprises the following steps: selecting waste solar-energy quartz crucible fragments with the size of 40-80mm, carrying out acid pickling for pollution cleaning by the use of an acid solution, cleaning by the use of clean water, drying, and carrying out ball milling twice to obtain high-purity slurry. By the utilization of waste crucibles in the solar energy industry and through quartz crucible fragment selection, acid pickling, cleaning, drying and crushing ball-milling, the high-purity slurry with more than 99.90% of SiO2 is obtained.
