Preparation method of high-purity quartz ceramic through direct writing free forming
The invention discloses a preparation method of high-purity quartz ceramic through direct writing free forming. The method comprises the following steps: using fused quartz micropowder as a raw material, silica sol as a solvent and polyethylene glycol as a dispersing agent, and carrying out high-speed stirring and vacuum defoaming to prepare forming slurry with a solid phase content of 60-75wt%; stacking layer by layer to form a quartz ceramic product biscuit by adopting a direct-writing free forming technology; and cleaning and drying the ceramic biscuit, performing curing at the temperatureof 500-700 DEG C, and performing calcining at the temperature of 1500-1600 DEG C to obtain a high-purity quartz ceramic product. The quartz ceramic product prepared by applying the direct-writing free-forming 3D technology is high in purity, compact in structure, uniform in size and uniform in distribution.
本发明公开了一种高纯石英陶瓷直写自由成型的制备方法,具体内容为:熔融石英微粉为原料,硅溶胶为溶剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,通过高速搅拌、真空除泡,配置成型浆料,固相含量60‑75 wt%;采用直写自由成型技术,逐层堆积形成石英陶瓷制品素坯;陶瓷素坯经清洗、烘干后,进行500‑700℃固化,再进行1500‑1600℃煅烧,得到高纯石英陶瓷制品。本发明运用直写自由成型3D技术制备的石英陶瓷制品,纯度高,结构紧密大小均一、分布均匀。
