Preparation method of interior wall tile capable of adsorbing indoor formaldehyde gas
The invention relates to a preparation method of an interior wall tile capable of adsorbing indoor formaldehyde gas. The preparation method comprises: grinding diatomite into powder, sieving the diatomite powder with a 200 mesh sieve, and drying the sieved diatomite; weighting the dried diatomite and a raw calcareous material according to a mass percentage of 50-80: 20-50, and mixing the dried diatomite and the raw calcareous material with water, wherein the addition amount of water is 10-40% of the total mass of the mixture; performing uniform stirring; pressing the obtained product into a block sample under the pressure in a range of 10-40 MPa; and putting the moulded block sample into a high-pressure hydrothermal reactor with the reaction temperature controlled in a range of 100-220 DEG C and reaction time in a range of 3-24 h to obtain the diatomite-matrix porous interior wall tile. The preparation method allows simple technology and is energy saving, and the raw materials are easy to obtain. The prepared diatomite-matrix porous interior wall tile is high in mechanical strength, can be directly adhered to an inner wall, is convenient in construction, and has high formaldehyde adsorbability. The interior wall tile can be used for adsorbing the indoor formaldehyde gas at home or in the office.
