Anti-segregation device of cement stabilized macadam mixing station
The invention aims to provide an anti-segregation device of a cement stabilized macadam mixing station. The anti-segregation device is used for solving the problems of large stone concentration and aggregate segregation in a paving process as that in oblique throwing motion of a mixture from an oblique mixture conveyor belt to a finished product bin, partial large stones escape from a moving trajectory of the mixture and then drop at positions in the finished product bin and farther than that of the mixture, and meanwhile, in the stacking process of the mixture in the finished product bin, large stones at edges are prone to slide downwards to the sides of the bottom of the finished product bin under the action of gravity. The anti-segregation device of the cement stabilized macadam mixing station is located between a discharge end of the mixture conveyor belt and a discharge bin and comprises an anti-segregation baffle plate and a stone sliding preventing cover plate, wherein the anti-segregation baffle plate is vertically arranged for stopping at the outer side of the discharge end of the mixture conveyor belt, and the stone sliding preventing cover plate is located in the discharge bin; the upper edge of the stone sliding preventing cover plate is hinged to the lower edge of the anti-segregation baffle plate. The anti-segregation device of the cement stabilized macadam mixing station can be applied to the cement stabilized macadam material mixing field.
