The invention discloses an environment-friendly cement stabilized macadam mixing process, which is used for manufacturing environment-friendly cement stabilized macadam, and comprises the following steps: crushing RAP, screening, and grading into regenerated aggregate; crushing the recycled aggregate, screening, and grading to obtain recycled aggregate; prepared cement paste is prepared; mixing the graded recycled aggregates according to preset time to prepare mixed recycled coarse aggregates; the graded recycled aggregate with the particle diameter of 0-4.75 mm is selected and mixed with cement paste according to preset time to prepare cement mortar; mixing the mixed regenerated coarse aggregate with cement mortar to prepare environment-friendly cement stabilized macadam according to preset time; the total mixing time is not less than 15 seconds. The problem of recycling of solid waste road materials is solved, and by controlling the mixing time and optimizing the technological process, the mixing uniformity of the mixture is favorably improved, and the strength and crack resistance of a road subbase layer are favorably improved.
