The invention discloses an automatic levelling work head for a laser levelling machine. The automatic levelling work head comprises two work head mounting racks and a beam connected with the work head mounting racks, wherein telescopic oil cylinders and connecting rods are respectively mounted at the upper parts and lower parts of the two ends of the beam; the lower ends of the connecting rods are mounted in the fixed seats of a movable joint rack; the middle part of the movable joint rack is hinged to a sloping oil cylinder through a sloping oil cylinder bracket; a stranding cage shell is mounted at the bottoms of the fixed seats of the movable joint rack; the other end of the sloping oil cylinder is connected with the outer wall of the stranding cage shell; mounting bases are arranged on the two sides of the stranding cage shell; the outer sides of the mounting bases are connected with two traction joint riser plates through two traction joint shafts; the bottoms of the two traction joint riser plates are fixedly connected with the upper part of a screed through two connecting plates; a stranding cage is mounted and between stranding cage mounting wallboards at the bottom stranding cage shell; a strike-off board is mounted at the back parts of the two ends of the stranding cage shell through a strike-off board bracket. Through the structure, high level of mechanization and high efficiency are achieved, construction precision and construction quality are improved, and the effect of decreasing labor strength is achieved.
