The invention provides a tool used in a garden road layout process. Two steel pipes with the length about 20cm are welded on a wheel shaft of a rear wheel, wherein each steel pipe is a hollow steel pipe with the diameter of 5cm and the thickness of 0.3cm; and one end of each steel pipe is firmly welded on the wheel shaft (similar with a back seat leg pedal). The tool is characterized in that a vertical hole is formed in the middle of each steel pipe and the diameter of each hole is 0.7-1.5cm; and a steel strip with the diameter of 0.5-1.3cm and used for fixing is further arranged. The tool further comprises an independent steel pipe, and the steel pipe has a size which is smaller than that of the steel pipes welded on the wheel shaft and can be matched with the steel pipes on the wheel shaft, namely, the steel pipes on the wheel shaft can sleeve the steel pipe; and vertical holes are formed in the two ends of the steel pipe and the diameters of the holes are 0.7-1.5cm so that the steel pipe can be fixed relative to the steel pipes on the wheel shaft.
