The invention discloses an overall mounting and constructing method of pier stud reinforcing steel bars of an urban bridge. The method comprises the following steps: processing reinforcing steel bars; performing binding molding on pier stud skeleton reinforcing steel bars; integrally hoisting the pier stud reinforcing steel bars; processing and mounting templates; performing pouring of concrete; demounting the templates; performing maintenance, and the like. The overall mounting and constructing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that parallel construction can be realized, the on-site mechanical usage time is short, the whole construction takes little time on site, the bearing platform construction can be quickly organized, the foundation pit safety can be guaranteed at the same time, stirrups do not need to be erected, and scaffolds do not need to be mounted.
