The invention discloses an ultralarge-expansion-amount pier anti-collision device. The outer side of a pier (1) is provided with an integral annular pontoon group, the integral annular pontoon group is provided with an expansion device, the expansion device is provided with a counterweight (36) capable of controlling a tensile displacement amount, the integral annular pontoon group comprises a first pontoon group (21) and a second pontoon group (22), the inner sides of the first pontoon group (21) and the second pontoon group (22) are provided with a plurality of energy absorbing damping elements, and the plurality of energy absorbing damping elements are attached onto the outer side surface of the pier (1). Since the retractable integral annular pontoon group is provided and the corresponding expansion device with the counterweight is also provided, the adjustment of the expansion amount of the integral pontoon group is facilitated; in addition, the energy absorbing damping elements can better adapt to the shape of the outer side of the pier and can play a role of buffering and energy dissipation; the structure is simple and practical, the cost is low, the operation is convenient to perform and the application range is wide.
