The invention discloses a bridge deck pavement block, a bridge paved by the same and a manufacturing method of the bridge deck pavement block. The bridge deck pavement block comprises a pavement block body which is composed of composite rubber concrete or rubber asphalt concrete. Compared with the prior art, the bridge deck pavement block has the advantages that the pavement block body made by the composite rubber concrete or the rubber asphalt concrete is adopted, so that mechanical performance, high-temperature stability, water stability, low-temperature cracking resistance, anti-aging performance and deforming resistance are all improved substantially compared with conventional bridge deck pavement structures, the bridge deck pavement block is light in weight, long in service life and resistant to fatigue and cracking, the problem that current bridge deck pavement structures are prone to various problems like sliding, pushing, cracking, pitting, rutting and bumping, and the bridge deck pavement block is suitable for pavement of various hard bridge decks; the pavement block body is prepared by compositing reclaimed rubber and stone, so that the bridge deck pavement block is low in cost, high in elasticity and excellent in damping performance.
