Bridge deck pavement construction method
The invention discloses a bridge deck pavement construction method. The method comprises the following steps: prefabricating a T-beam; cast-in-place layer construction is conducted on the top face of the T-shaped beam, and a section of cast-in-place layer post-construction width is reserved at the end of the T-shaped beam and the edge of a flange plate; and the T beams constructed with the cast-in-place layers are hoisted to the bridge deck bent cap in a span-by-span mode, and cast-in-place layer construction is conducted according to the reserved cast-in-place layer post-construction width between the adjacent T beams. According to the method, the cast-in-place layer is constructed in a prefabricating field in advance, the reinforcing mesh and the T-beam top face reinforcing steel bars are welded easily, and the installation quality is high; when the beam transporting vehicle (gun carrier) transports the beam, the beam transporting vehicle (gun carrier) can walk on the pre-cast surface layer, and the danger that tires of the beam transporting vehicle are punctured by original exposed steel bars is avoided.
本发明公开了一种桥面铺装施工方法,其包括步骤:预制T梁;在T梁顶面进行现浇层施工,在T梁端头及翼缘板边各留一段现浇层后施工宽度;将施工有现浇层的T梁逐跨吊装至桥面盖梁上,对相邻T梁之间预留的现浇层后施工宽度进行现浇层施工。本发明方法事先在预制场进行施工现浇层,钢筋网片与T梁顶面钢筋焊接容易且安装质量高;运梁车(炮车)运梁时,可在先浇面层上行走,避免运梁车轮胎被原有露头钢筋扎破的危险。
