The invention relates to the technical field of underground buried pipe drainage, in particular to a woven fabric coating device and a using method thereof. The woven fabric coating device comprises a first support, a second support and a third support which are disposed on a base plane, a reel-type drainage buried pipe is arranged on the first support, a sleeve used for containing the reel-type drainage buried pipe is arranged on the second support, a reel-type woven fabric sleeve used for coating the sleeve is arranged on the third support, the second support is arranged closely to the reel-type drainage buried pipe and movably connected with the sleeve through a sleeve locking device, one end, close to the reel-type woven fabric sleeve, of the sleeve can be made to contact with the base plane, and a sleeve balance fixing device is arranged at one end, close to the reel-type drainage buried pipe, of the sleeve. The woven fabric coating device is high in filter material pre-coating speed, uniform in filter material pre-coating and capable of preventing fabric filter materials from being damage, so that drainage buried pipe filter material pre-coating efficiency and quality are improved.
