The invention provides a kidney ellipsoid mixing drilling machine. During work, five diving drills drive third drilling tools thereunder to rotate through drilling spindles thereunder and simultaneously, cement slurry enters an arm lever from the upper end thereof, enters a third drilling spindle, a fourth drilling spindle, a fifth drilling spindle, a sixth drilling spindle and a seventh drilling spindle through five branch pipes and is sprayed out from spray holes at the lower ends thereof. The second diving drill drives a first drilling tool to rotate forward through a first drilling spindle and drives a fourth drilling tool to rotate forward through an eighth drilling spindle. The fourth diving drill drives a second drilling tool to rotate reversely through a second drilling spindle and drives a fifth drilling tool to rotate reversely through a ninth drilling spindle. The first drilling tool, the second drilling tool, the fourth drilling tool, the fifth drilling tool and tooth tops thereon perform cutting and mixing, in the rotating process, on a triangular area which the third drilling tools do not perform cutting and mixing. The third drilling tools and the first drilling tool, the second drilling tool, the fourth drilling tool, the fifth drilling tool and tooth tops thereon mix soil and the cement slurry in the rotating process to form kidney ellipsoid cement-soil piles.
