Static pile pressing mechanism
A static pile pressing mechanism is provided with more than two hydraulic cylinders and a pile gripper; the static pile pressing mechanism is provided with a base of which the middle is provided with a through opening; cylinder bodies of the hydraulic cylinders are hinged with the base; a piston rod of each hydraulic cylinder is hinged with one end of a lever; cranks corresponding to the levers in quantity and position are hinged on the base; each crank is hinged with one corresponding lever; the other end of each lever is hinged with a shell of the pile gripper, so that the pile gripper is located above the through opening. After a pile is clamped by the pile gripper, the levers are driven by the hydraulic cylinders, so that the pile is gripped by the pile gripper and is pressed toward underground; in the pile pressing process, an upward counter-acting force can be applied on the pile by ground and can form a downward acting force on the base by the levers and the hydraulic cylinders, so the base cannot tilt upwards by the downward acting force. The static pile pressing mechanism is arranged on a static pile press, and additionally arranging balancing weights is not needed.
