The cross beams and the longitudinal beams are crossed to form network grids. The pile pressing holes are located in the network grids. The pile pressing device is arranged between the cross beams. Counterweight vehicles capable of moving along the cross beams are arranged on the cross beams. The counterweight vehicles and/or the cross beams are provided with locking structures. The counterweight vehicles can be locked at the designated locations of the cross beams through the locking structures. An anchor group static pile pressing method comprises the steps of beam erection, specifically, erecting the longitudinal beams and the cross beams on the periphery of the pile pressing holes in a crossed mode to form the network grids, wherein the pile pressing holes are located in the network grids; counterweightvehicle installation, specifically, installing the counterweight vehicles capable of moving along the cross beams on the cross beams and adjusting the weight of the counterweight vehicles according to the counterweight requirement; and pile pressing, specifically, moving the counterweight vehicles to the designated locations, locking the counterweight vehicles, installing the pile pressing deviceand starting pile pressing.
