A pile foundation concrete pouring method
The invention provides a pile foundation concrete pouring method comprising the following steps: a guide pipe for conveying concrete is formed by connecting a plurality of guide pipe units successively, a funnel is arranged on the upper end of the first guide pipe unit and a one-way vane is arranged in the last guide pipe unit; a support platform is arranged above a pile foundation and a support frame is installed, and an upper gear, a lower gear, a motor and a speed reducer are arranged on the support frame; the motor is started to drive the guide pipe to rotate, and mixed concrete is poured into the funnel and slides downward along the one-way rotating vane to be conveyed to the pile foundation; after a certain height is reached, the funnel is detached, the guide pipe is lifted up for the height of a guide pipe unit by a crane and the second guide pipe unit is supported on the platform; the first guide pipe unit is detached and then the funnel is again installed for pouring; the steps are repeated for completing the pouring. Rotation of the guide pipe makes concrete fall down smoothly; the one-way vane achieves buffering and mixing effects on the concrete, so that the phenomenon of pile breaking caused by concrete disintegration.
