The invention provides an underwater pile foundation concrete pouring mold and a concrete underwater pouring method thereof, and relates to the field of underwater concrete pouring. The underwater pile foundation concrete pouring mold comprises an inner pipe sleeve and an outer pipe sleeve; the inner pipe sleeve is sleeved with the outer pipe sleeve, and the circle center of the inner pipe sleeve coincides with the circle center of the outer pipe sleeve; heat generating devices are arranged on the outer wall of the outer pipe sleeve at equal intervals, the outer pipe sleeve is sleeved with the heat generating devices, and the heat generating devices rotate relative to the outer pipe sleeve; each heat generating device comprises a rotating ring, a friction assembly, a gear, a shaft rod and a springback assembly, wherein sealing bearings are symmetrically embedded in the side wall of the outer pipe sleeve, the shaft rod is fixedly sleeved with the sealing bearings, and the shaft rod extends outwards in two directions relative to the bearings; and the outer pipe sleeve is sleeved with the rotating rings to keep the relatively proper solidification temperature of concrete in the inner pipe sleeve, and therefore the problems that due to the fact that water flow rapidly flows to a pile foundation, the heat of the pile foundation is too low, the solidification speed is low after concrete pouring, and the solidification strength is poor are solved.
本发明提供水下桩基混凝土浇筑模具及其混凝土水下浇筑方法,涉及水下混凝土浇筑领域,包括内管套和外管套,本发明中内管套套于外管套内,内管套和外管套的圆心呈重合状;外管套外壁处等分设置有产热装置,产热装置套于外管套处,且产热装置相对于外管套为转动状;产热装置包括转动环、摩擦组件、齿轮、轴杆和回弹组件,外管套侧壁处对称嵌入有密封轴承,密封轴承内套接固定有轴杆,轴杆相对于轴承为双向外伸状;转动环套于外管套处,来保持内环套内混凝土相对适宜的凝固温度,从而避免因水流快速流经至桩基处,所导致的桩基处热量过低,进而引发的混凝土浇筑后凝固速度慢,凝固强度差问题。
