The invention relates to the field of tunnel construction technology in civil construction and traffic engineering and provides a pulling type cable tying pedestal of pipe joints of an immersed pipe. The pedestal comprises a pulling pedestal body fixed on a pipe joint top plate. A cable tying column is connected to the pulling pedestal body. An embedded part is connected to the cable tying column, penetrates through the pulling pedestal body and then is fixed in the pipe joint top plate. According to the invention, by combining the pulling pedestal body and the cable tying column, space for arranging fitting-out parts on the plane of the top of the immersed pipe is saved; and in addition, thickness of anchoring concrete where foundation bolts are embedded under the cable tying column is increased, so dimensional requirement on stress borne by the pulling pedestal body and the cable tying column is ensured.
