Roof heat insulation layer construction process
The invention discloses a roof heat insulation layer construction process. Operation is performed on a concrete structure layer laid on a roof. The roof heat insulation layer construction process includes the steps: 1) cleaning a base layer; 2) snapping lines and making slopes; 3) fixing a tube root; 4) laying an air partition layer; 5) laying heat insulation layers including a first heat insulation layer and a second heat insulation layer, filling the space between the first heat insulation layer and the second heat insulation layer, and laying a third heat insulation layer on the second heat insulation layer; 6) trowelling: pounding the upper surface of the third heat insulation layer by a plate vibrator after the heat insulation layers are laid. Slag with the grain size of 8mm, vermiculite with the grain size of 9.5mm and perlite with the grain size of 0.18mm are mixed and compacted according to the mass proportion of 2:1:0.2 to obtain the third heat insulation layer, and the space between the third heat insulation layer and the second heat insulation layer is filled with silicate cement. The process is fine in heat insulation effect and durability, low in manufacturing cost and short in construction cycle.
